How long are the sessions?
Each session is one hour long, unless requested. Thirty minute sessions are also available if you are on a tight schedule.
Where is the gym LOCATED?
How does payment work?
Cash, cheques, or credit card are accepted. An invoice can also be sent to your email and you can pay with credit card. Receipts will arrive via your email or text message.
How frequently are payments done?
You can pay per session or buy packaged sessions. Non-Douglas College clients can obtain discounted packages for 10 or more sessions.
Is there a cancelLation policy?
Yes. It applies to all clients. A 24 hour notice for cancellation of any training session must be given via Email or text message. Sessions that have been early cancelled within the 24 hour time frame will not be charged.
Will I receive a workout plan?
Yes! It all depends on the clients needs and goals. Each client will get one free workout routine. Additional Workout programs can be purchased which are 4 week programs. If you don't want to purchase one, you will still be getting routines that you can do on your own, but these will not be given a progression week by week.
How often should I train with a strength coach?
This is up to you. The number of weekly visits will be based on your specific goals and budget. All training programs are available on a 1-5x/week basis.
What to bring to a training session?
Workout attire (Athletic t-shirt, shorts or sweatpants), indoor training shoes, water bottle, a lock (lockers are available). Sweat towels, shower towels and showers are available free of cost.
